Customer Service is our strongest asset after playing music. Therefore, we have created a few questions and answers to ease your anxiety while planning the music for your event. Hopefully, this will help and feel free to use our contact info to ask more questions in case you do not see your particular question on this page.

Can we/I afford to have a Band, Vocal Group, DJ, Solo Instrumentalist, Vocalist or Strings at our event?

Answer: Yes you can!  Howard Franklin Music has musical entertainment for every budget. Call or email us and we will work with you no matter how low the budget is, we have something to fit your needs. In addition, all of our team are first rate top notch professionals who know our standards and expectations so there's no need to feel worried about the quality or caliber of our dedicated team.

When should I select Howard Franklin Music as my entertainment?

Answer: Your music company, hopefully us should be selected shortly after you and or your event planner have secured the date, venue and food. After discussion with your planner, or if it's you planning, get recommendations from some of our clients to discover if you would like us to do your event. We are fortunate to have great clients who use us year after year for every event they do and regardless of who the planner is, they contact us early in the planning stages because everyone knows that great music makes a great event and early planning makes for a spectacular event!

What type of events can does HFM play for and what services does Howard Franklin Music offer? Answer: We have configurations for any event including house parties, baby showers, bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, organizations, fraternities and sororities, corporations, weddings, public, private affairs, concerts, shows, festivals, exhibits, debutantes, cotillions, beautillions and expos!

How does the process of securing my entertainment begin? Answer: The process is easy as 1, 2, 3. First, after we have agreed on the terms of the date, time, place, price and specifics of the event, then you will be required to sign a contract that will be emailed and or mailed to the business address along with the deposit which can range from 20 to 50% of the total cost depending on the agreement. Then the remainder will be due forty eight hours up until the day of the event in some cases. The show is completed and the contract is fulfilled.

​What kind of music or how many genres does Howard Franklin Music offer? Answer: We play any type of music your heart desires because it's all about our clients wishes. We have Rock, R&B, Old School, Hip Hop, Gospel, Latin, Reggae, Jazz, Classical, House, Top 40, Contemporary, African Drummers, Drumlines, Fusion and Soft Rock. Note: Our DJ's and bands DO NOT use profanity period. It is strictly prohibited. ​​
